Find a sector and a lift
The approximate resort-centre markers help you orient yourself: Courchevel is at the upper right, Méribel nearer the middle, Les Menuires below it, Val Thorens farther south and Plan Bouchet on the Orelle side. Search the map for named lifts such as Saulire, Tougnète 2 and Cime Caron. These are reference points, not a recommended route between sectors.
Green, blue, red and black lines show mapped piste difficulty; solid yellow lines show lifts and dashed purple lines mark mapped off-piste routes. Try searching Cime Caron, select the matching lift, then zoom in to read nearby run names; this helps you identify a sector, not plan a safe connection. On HTTPS, you can choose to show your approximate position. Compare actual connections with the linked official piste plan.
Check what this map cannot tell you
The drawing shows approximate geographic positions, not snow conditions, operating lifts or today's closures. Some pistes, names or connections may be missing or out of date. Resort-centre markers are orientation aids, not navigation waypoints.
For today's operations, check the resort's official opening information and follow signs and staff on the mountain. Do not plan a cross-valley return from this overview alone.
Take the map with you
On iPhone, find the area in Mountainmapper and check that the pistes and lifts you need are present. Download the relevant offline area over Wi-Fi before leaving; if your journey crosses areas, confirm each necessary download.
A saved map is not the same as navigation ready to start. Route guidance requires restriction information refreshed within the last 24 hours. Test your intended route while connected; a calculated route is never a safety guarantee.
Map data and limits
This original overview was drawn from the OpenSkiMap-derived pistes and lifts dataset already used in the Mountainmapper three-valleys web experiment. It does not reproduce an official resort map. Data coverage and line geometry have not been verified on the ground for this page; do not rely on it to determine access or safety.
