Start with a specific journey
Search for a piste or lift, choose a start and destination, and calculate the route. Review the complete journey before you set off, including transfers between lifts and runs.
Walking or transport connections depend on the available data. A route drawn on the screen does not prove that every connection is accessible or operating when you arrive.
Use difficulty limits thoughtfully
Green and blue difficulty limits are included free. Red-run limits and avoidance preferences are Premium features. These settings help narrow the planned route, but they cannot judge snow, visibility, your condition or the terrain on the day.
If a route is unavailable for your chosen level, reconsider the destination or ask resort staff. Do not raise the difficulty simply to force a route to appear.
Read the route before following it
Check the piste names, lift connections, direction and any walking sections. Inspect the available elevation and slope details, then compare the plan with the resort’s current signs and instructions.
Maps may be incomplete or out of date. Difficulty labels and a successful calculation are not a safety assessment.
Take the necessary data with you
Download the areas required for the journey before using supported routes offline. Check navigation while connected before departure; starting it also requires current restriction information.
